Family Portraits Orlando | Halloween Festivities

Hello Halloween! October is here and we couldn’t be more excited! It’s time for pumpkins, ghosts and of course pumpkin spice! We spent the day making our house full of happy haunts! Halloween is one of our favorite holidays. There are so many fun things to do around Orlando during this time,  because we specialize in Family portraits Orlando, we thought it would be helpful for us to lay them all out for you!

Disney’s Not So Scary Halloween is at the top of our list! This is great for the whole family! With special character meet&greets, spooky parades and a frightful firework show, you will not be disappointed! We like to take advantage of the shorter wait times for the rides as well. Through out the Magic Kingdom you will find trick or treat spots with premium candy. Each guest is provided a bag to fill. You can easily come home with candy to last for the whole month. A bonus, you can dress up in costume!  As Winter Park Photographers, be sure to check out our 10 tips for visiting Disney World.

Halloween Horror Nights is intended for guests 13 and over. We love having a date night and running around from zombies. This event is terrifying and not for everyone. The scare zones are frightening and themed great. Some zones include The Purge & Trick R Treat. The whole park is transformed into a haunted mayhem with houses like you’ve never seen. This year features a lot of classics such as Saw & The Shining. If you have had enough scares and need a break, find a seat at the Bill & Ted show which features tons of pop culture humor.

Weekends in October, LegoLand Florida celebrates the season with Brick or treat! Full of spooky builds and special Halloween lego character meet&greets! Trick or treat with he family and catch the fireworks at the end of the night! Admission is included with your normal day tickets.
For a night of scary movies check out Enzian Theater’s 13 Films of Halloween. Several classic horror films will be shown select nights from October 3-31st. The theatre’s bar will serve up 13 spooky drinks to really set the tone during the films. Movies include, Nightmare on Elm Street, Poltergeist and the exorcist. If you happen to be in town October 28th, they will be hosting their annual Halloween party that has been a huge hit for 9 years!

We love local festivals and are so excited for them! We will be sure to keep you updated with all of our holiday thrills! What are some of your favorite Halloween memories?
